Douglas Procunier has held a variety of roles in different companies over the years. Doug has successfully implemented project management tools and manuals to successfully launch and operationalize multiple small business lending programs. He performed comparative analysis of different aspects of each program based on needs including personnel capacity, quality control improvement, and timeline optimization. He also turned raw data into actionable insights and detailed visualizations. Additionally, Doug has managed day-to-day operations of lending programs.
Doug also has 15 years of experience in the banking industry including marketing, retail banking, and lending operations. He also has eight years of experience in the real estate industry in development, sales, and analysis.
Doug holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan: Flint and a Master of Business Administration from Oakland University. A lifelong learner, Doug is also currently pursuing a Project Management Professional Certification. Born and raised near Flint, Michigan, he now raises his own crew of four children in metro Detroit. He currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Shelby Township Library and the Suburban Library Cooperative.
